 We&rsquo;re now looking for a Graphic Designer who can bring that same sense of craft to everything we create. From Instagram carousels to ad campaigns, website visuals to email layouts.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What you&rsquo;ll do
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own all visual storytelling for Allways across platforms: social media, ads, website, and email.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate our brand&rsquo;s tone into visual language.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design compelling ad creatives that convert without screaming &ldquo;buy now.&rdquo;
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with the founder and marketing team to craft visuals that make people stop scrolling (and start adding to cart).
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with basic video edits, GIFs, and motion graphics for digital campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Be a resourceful problem-solver.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What we&rsquo;re looking for
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2&ndash;4 years of design experience, ideally with D2C brands or early-stage startups.
 </li>
 <li>
 A strong understanding of brand systems, typography, and layout.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (esp. Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity or curiosity about AI-based creative tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic video editing skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Someone who&rsquo;s both strategic and scrappy.
 </li>
