About Allways

At Allways, we make timeless wardrobe classics that outlast trends - from the Classic Oxford Shirt to the Everywhere Trousers. Every piece is built with care, thought, and a deep respect for design that’s both functional and beautiful.

We’re now looking for a Graphic Designer who can bring that same sense of craft to everything we create. From Instagram carousels to ad campaigns, website visuals to email layouts.

What you’ll do

• Own all visual storytelling for Allways across platforms: social media, ads, website, and email.
• Translate our brand’s tone into visual language.
• Design compelling ad creatives that convert without screaming “buy now.”
• Work closely with the founder and marketing team to craft visuals that make people stop scrolling (and start adding to cart).
• Assist with basic video edits, GIFs, and motion graphics for digital campaigns.
• Be a resourceful problem-solver.

What we’re looking for

• 2–4 years of design experience, ideally with D2C brands or early-stage startups.
• A strong understanding of brand systems, typography, and layout.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (esp. Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
• Familiarity or curiosity about AI-based creative tools.
• Basic video editing skills.
• Someone who’s both strategic and scrappy.
