As a W-2 employee, you&rsquo;ll receive structured support, opportunities for growth, and the chance to be part of a trusted, locally owned pet care company.To learn more about who we are and what we do, visit www.ally4pets.com.Required Availability<ul><li>Must be available between 7:00 AM and 11:00 am for morning visits </li><li>Available at least five (5) days per week</li><li>Commitment to two (2) weekends per month</li><li>Availability required on the following holidays:</li><li>Thanksgiving</li><li>Christmas</li><li>Easter</li><li>Memorial Day</li><li>Labor Day</li></ul>Minimum RequirementsCandidates must meet all of the following:<ul><li>Be 21 years of age or older</li><li>Have a valid driver&rsquo;s license and access to your own reliable, insured vehicle</li><li>Have daily access to the internet and respond promptly to texts and emails</li><li>Be comfortable learning and using a mobile app for scheduling, communication, and client instructions</li><li>Communicate professionally and effectively with clients after each visit</li><li>Be familiar with the local service area</li><li>Commit to a minimum of six (6) months</li><li>Provide professional references</li><li>Submit a current background check to Ally 4 Pets (Paid for by the candidate and reimbursed after 6 months of employment)</li><li>Complete Pet First Aid &amp; CPR training (online course provided)</li><li>Maintain access to a smartphone while performing job duties</li><li>Must NOT currently be providing pet sitting or dog walking services independently or for another company</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)<ul><li>Animal handling and restraint skills</li><li>Pet sitting, dog walking, or animal care experience</li><li>Education or experience in dog behavior</li><li>Kennel, rescue, or veterinary experience</li><li>Strong customer service skills</li><li>Ability to perform moderate physical activity, including lifting when necessary</li><li>Willingness to assist with social media engagement, networking, or community outreach is a plus</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Travel from your residence to client homes for scheduled visits</li><li>Ensure access to all necessary keys, codes, and supplies</li><li>Follow detailed care instructions provided through our mobile app</li><li>Provide attentive, compassionate care to pets</li><li>Secure and lock client homes according to instructions</li><li>Complete visit reports and send updates to clients via the client portal</li><li>Maintain professionalism, reliability, and confidentiality at all times</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Earn 50% of all completed visit fees</li><li>Pay periods: 1st&ndash;15th and 16th&ndash;31st of each month</li><li>Pay issued approximately 3 business days after each pay period (bank-dependent)</li><li>Referral bonuses for new clients, referral partners, and team members</li><li>Worker&rsquo;s Compensation insurance</li><li>Taxes withheld (W-2 employment)</li><li>Flexible scheduling</li><li>Background check reimbursement after six-month commitment</li><li>Pet First Aid &amp; CPR training</li><li>Discounted pet sitting services for your own pets</li></ul>Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Mileage reimbursement</li><li>Referral program</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you available to work on Major Holidays?
