Ally 4 Pets, LLC is seeking dependable, professional, and compassionate Pet Sitters to join our growing team. This position provides in-home pet care services while maintaining high standards of professionalism, communication, and client satisfaction.
We focus on pairing team members with consistent clients to build strong relationships and ensure continuity of care.

Required Availability
- Must be available between 7:00 AM and 11:00 am for morning visits
- Available at least five (5) days per week
- Commitment to two (2) weekends per month
- Availability required on the following holidays:
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas
- Easter
- Memorial Day
- Labor Day
Minimum Requirements
Candidates must meet all of the following:
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Have a valid driver’s license and access to your own reliable, insured vehicle
- Have daily access to the internet and respond promptly to texts and emails
- Be comfortable learning and using a mobile app for scheduling, communication, and client instructions
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients after each visit
- Be familiar with the local service area
- Commit to a minimum of six (6) months
- Provide professional references
- Submit a current background check to Ally 4 Pets (Paid for by the candidate and reimbursed after 6 months of employment)
- Complete Pet First Aid & CPR training (online course provided)
- Maintain access to a smartphone while performing job duties
- Must NOT currently be providing pet sitting or dog walking services independently or for another company
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
- Animal handling and restraint skills
- Pet sitting, dog walking, or animal care experience
- Education or experience in dog behavior
- Kennel, rescue, or veterinary experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to perform moderate physical activity, including lifting when necessary
- Willingness to assist with social media engagement, networking, or community outreach is a plus
Responsibilities
- Travel from your residence to client homes for scheduled visits
- Ensure access to all necessary keys, codes, and supplies
- Follow detailed care instructions provided through our mobile app
- Provide attentive, compassionate care to pets
- Secure and lock client homes according to instructions
- Complete visit reports and send updates to clients via the client portal
- Maintain professionalism, reliability, and confidentiality at all times
Compensation & Benefits
- Earn 50% of all completed visit fees
- Pay periods: 1st–15th and 16th–31st of each month
- Pay issued approximately 3 business days after each pay period (bank-dependent)

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
