Dog Walker & Pet Care Professional (W-2 Employee) | 4-7 hours / day

• All client pets are vetted (no aggressive dogs).
• Must be comfortable handling large, strong dogs. All are friendly but some may pull on the leash.
• Guaranteed $19/hr minimum, with most walkers earning $19–$22/hr. Milleage reimbursement is on top of that.
• 3-6 hours/day available.

❤ What You’ll Do

• Visit multiple client homes for 20, 30 or 45-minute walks and pet visits.
• Give dogs exercise, playtime, and care (plus the occasional cat or bunny).
• Communicate with clients and managers through our mobile app.
• Work mostly in West Hartford & Hartford’s West End.
• Expect 8,000–25,000 steps per day. Get paid to stay fit!

❤ Schedule & Requirements

• Part-Time:~15–30 hrs/week
• Weekday, evening, and/or weekend shifts available.
• Must live within 20-25 minutes of West Hartford (applications outside this range aren’t considered).

❤ Compensation & Benefits

• $19–$23/hr. This average comes from base pay + tips, but it is excluding mileage.
• Mileage reimbursement.
• Paid Sick Leave for all employees
• PTO for full-timers (5 days minimum to start).
• Full timers can receive dental insurance if needed.
• Regular raises.
