This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to innovative marketing campaigns.Duties<ul><li>Develop and execute multichannel marketing strategies that include social media marketing, email campaigns, and face to face marketing efforts.</li><li>Manage and create relationships with referral Sources within San Diego County</li><li>Implement digital advertising campaigns using Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and other performance marketing tools to increase visibility and conversions.</li><li>Coordinate with Sales Director to support advertising sales initiatives and develop integrated marketing solutions that drive revenue growth.</li><li>Assist in budgeting for marketing projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience in related fields.</li><li>Ability to travel throughout San Diego County</li><li>Strong research skills to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital strategies.</li><li>Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive messaging tailored to target audiences.</li><li>Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and performance marketing metrics for data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across teams including sales, product management, and creative departments.
