Duties

• Develop and execute multichannel marketing strategies that include social media marketing, email campaigns, and face to face marketing efforts.
• Manage and create relationships with referral Sources within San Diego County
• Implement digital advertising campaigns using Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and other performance marketing tools to increase visibility and conversions.
• Coordinate with Sales Director to support advertising sales initiatives and develop integrated marketing solutions that drive revenue growth.
• Assist in budgeting for marketing projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.

Requirements

• Experience in related fields.
• Ability to travel throughout San Diego County
• Strong research skills to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital strategies.
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive messaging tailored to target audiences.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and performance marketing metrics for data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across teams including sales, product management, and creative departments. Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
