We&rsquo;re on a mission to change that.LOCATIONThis is a 100% remote role.JOB DESCRIPTIONAlmodovar Group, LLC is seeking a Canva Designer to create visually compelling digital assets that align with our brand identity and support our consulting, marketing, and outreach initiatives. This role focuses on producing high-quality graphics for social media, presentations, proposals, and other branded materials that communicate clarity, professionalism, and creativity.Primary Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design branded graphics, templates, and marketing collateral using Canva</li><li>Develop presentation decks, one-pagers, and capability statements</li><li>Create visual assets for social media, newsletters, and web content</li><li>Maintain consistency with brand standards across all deliverables</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to translate concepts into professional visuals</li><li>Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Organize and maintain Canva folders and templates for team-wide use</li></ul>Ideal Candidate:<ul><li>Strong proficiency with Canva (Pro) and experience with template-based design</li><li>Eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency</li><li>Understanding of color theory, visual hierarchy, and readability</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured brand guidelines</li><li>Self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities</li><li>Basic understanding of marketing principles and business branding is a plus</li><li>Ability to accept feedback and iterate quickly</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Contract (1099)</li><li>$25/hour</li><li>Pay bi-weekly via direct deposit</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONSAt Almodovar Group, LLC, we place immense value on the foundational qualities of an individual rather than their formal education or prior experience.<ul><li>Character is the bedrock of our team at Almodovar Group, LLC.
