JOB DESCRIPTION

Almodovar Group, LLC is seeking a Canva Designer to create visually compelling digital assets that align with our brand identity and support our consulting, marketing, and outreach initiatives. This role focuses on producing high-quality graphics for social media, presentations, proposals, and other branded materials that communicate clarity, professionalism, and creativity.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design branded graphics, templates, and marketing collateral using Canva
• Develop presentation decks, one-pagers, and capability statements
• Create visual assets for social media, newsletters, and web content
• Maintain consistency with brand standards across all deliverables
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate concepts into professional visuals
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Organize and maintain Canva folders and templates for team-wide use

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong proficiency with Canva (Pro) and experience with template-based design
• Eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency
• Understanding of color theory, visual hierarchy, and readability
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured brand guidelines
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and business branding is a plus
• Ability to accept feedback and iterate quickly

Compensation:

• Contract (1099)
• $25/hour
• Pay bi-weekly via direct deposit
