Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company&rsquo;s client base and market presence.</li><li>Identify, pursue, and secure new projects in the construction and real estate development sectors.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, developers, consultants, and government entities.</li><li>Prepare and present business proposals, bids, and tenders in collaboration with the technical and estimating teams.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.</li><li>Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve sales and revenue targets.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in business development within the construction industry.</li><li>Strong network within the construction and real estate sectors is highly preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to develop strategies, manage relationships, and achieve revenue targets.</li><li>Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to submit their updated CV and a cover letter outlining their relevant experience to recruitment@almullaoman.com Job Type: Full-time
