Sales Executive – Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell residential and commercial properties to prospective clients.
  • Generate leads and follow up with walk-in, online, and referral clients.
  • Conduct site visits and property presentations.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and close sales deals.
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales reports.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in real estate sales.
  • Strong negotiation and customer-handling skills.
  • Valid driving license is preferred.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated.
