Objective Summary: Site supervisor is responsible for visiting client sites to gather accurate measurements and also visiting client sites for knowing the status of the installation.Operations Management&middot; Visit client site for taking initial &amp; final measurement as per the intimation from project coordinator.&middot; Updating the client name, location &amp; measurements taken in the WhatsApp group.&middot; Have a clear knowledge about the system &amp; types in doors &amp; windows.&middot; Clearing the queries of client regarding systems &amp; types in doors &amp; windows.&middot; Visiting the client site after installation for inspection.&middot; Intimate any issues/complaints observed at client site during inspection with project coordinator.&middot; Visit client site during installation for inspection &amp; to know the status of the work.General&middot; Maintain High level of professional etiquette and upkeep Goodwill of Dorfen Global.&middot; Participate in daily/weekly departmental meeting and reviews.&middot; Submit leave request to Project Coordinator.&middot; Adhere to organization&rsquo;s SOP and policies&middot; Visit client site for taking measurements as per schedules.Record Management&middot; Prepare daily activity reports &amp; submit to concern authorities.&middot; Prepare monthly expenses related to travel &amp; field visits and submit to accounts department.v The principal responsibilities listed above are an illustrative list and not an exhaustive list. Objective Summary: Ensure productions are completed on time to deliver for installation. Coordinate with other departments like inventory &amp; project dept for smooth flow-of operations. The ultimate goal is to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall productivity and quality in the production process.Principle duties Operations Management<ul><li>Develop production plans and budgets for production.</li><li>Verifying the cutting list prepared by design executive.</li><li>Give approval for material request (MR).</li><li>Organize production schedules for on-time delivery &amp; installation to customers.</li><li>Implement solutions to minimize downtime and improve production output.</li><li>Redesigning the existing production process by identifying the gaps.</li><li>Develop and implement production policies and procedures that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.</li><li>Determine availability of sufficient resources like materials, machinery and men to meet the production targets.</li><li>Control production costs by ensuring production schedules are met on time by ensuring they are within budget.</li><li>Work closely with other departments to ensure production targets are aligned with customer demands.</li><li>Develop &amp; Implement solutions to resolve production problems.</li></ul>Health &amp; Safety Management<ul><li>Ensure that production processes are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.</li><li>Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe and clean work environment.</li></ul>Team Management<ul><li>Motivate production staff to achieve production targets and to adhere strictly to quality standards.</li><li>Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed by all employees.</li><li>Conduct periodic Performance evaluation of team members &amp; provide feedback.</li></ul>17.
