Site Supervisor

Objective Summary:

Site supervisor is responsible for visiting client sites to gather accurate measurements and also visiting client sites for knowing the status of the installation.

Operations Management

· Visit client site for taking initial & final measurement as per the intimation from project coordinator.

· Updating the client name, location & measurements taken in the WhatsApp group.

· Have a clear knowledge about the system & types in doors & windows.

· Clearing the queries of client regarding systems & types in doors & windows.

· Visiting the client site after installation for inspection.

· Intimate any issues/complaints observed at client site during inspection with project coordinator.

· Visit client site during installation for inspection & to know the status of the work.

General

· Maintain High level of professional etiquette and upkeep Goodwill of Dorfen Global.

· Participate in daily/weekly departmental meeting and reviews.

· Submit leave request to Project Coordinator.

· Adhere to organization’s SOP and policies

· Visit client site for taking measurements as per schedules.

Record Management

· Prepare daily activity reports & submit to concern authorities.

· Prepare monthly expenses related to travel & field visits and submit to accounts department.
