Personal Assistant to Executive DirectorAloha Behavioral Consultants &ndash; Ogden, UTFull-Time | $40,000 &ndash; $55,000 DOEAloha Behavioral Consultants is a state-licensed integrated behavioral health organization providing primary care, psychiatry, and therapy services to individuals of all ages. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Personal Assistant to directly support the Executive Director.This role is designed to remove operational, administrative, and scheduling burdens from executive leadership. The right candidate is detail-driven, solution-oriented, and capable of identifying issues before they become problems.Position OverviewThe Personal Assistant works directly with the Executive Director to manage daily priorities, maintain compliance tracking systems, and ensure smooth administrative operations. This role requires discretion, initiative, and strong follow-through. This position includes both executive support and limited professional/personal scheduling assistance.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support<ul><li>Manage and optimize the Executive Director&rsquo;s calendar and scheduling</li><li>Coordinate meetings, deadlines, and task tracking</li><li>Organize priorities and ensure delegated tasks are completed</li><li>Assist with professional and limited personal scheduling as appropriate</li><li>Protect executive time and reduce administrative burden</li></ul>Operational &amp; Compliance Support<ul><li>Assist with biweekly payroll preparation and timesheet monitoring</li><li>Employee onboarding and other HR responsibilities</li><li>Maintain provider credentialing (CAQH management, re-attestations, renewals)</li><li>Conduct monthly federal exclusion checks (LEIE &amp; SAM.gov)</li><li>Monitor provider license, DEA, and malpractice insurance expirations</li><li>Maintain HR compliance documentation and employee personnel files</li><li>Track vendor invoices and renewal timelines</li><li>Assist with annual audit preparation and documentation management</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior administrative or executive support experience preferred</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Ability to manage confidential information with discretion</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong follow-through</li><li>Comfortable working in a healthcare and regulatory environment</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative systems</li><li>Self-directed and capable of anticipating needs</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking ForWe are seeking someone who:<ul><li>Identifies problems early and takes initiative to resolve them</li><li>Thrives in structured, fast-paced environments</li><li>Communicates clearly and professionally</li><li>Values accountability and ownership</li><li>Is dependable and steady under pressure</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>$40,000 &ndash; $55,000 annually, depending on experience</li><li>Formal performance review at 90 days</li><li>Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance (employer contribution provided)</li><li>Paid Time Off including holidays (PTO increases annually)</li><li>401(k) retirement plan with company match</li></ul>Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Besides the requirements of the position, why would you want to work at Aloha?
