 We're Hiring: Trade Compliance Specialist (Import/Export Classification)

 Location:
 
 Houston, TX (Part-Time &ndash; 20 Hours/Week)
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You'll Do:
 
 
 
 ✅ Perform HTS, HTSUS, Schedule B &amp; ECCN classifications
 
 
 ✅ Review technical drawings, product descriptions &amp; specifications
 
 
 ✅ Support import/export compliance activities across business units
 
 
 ✅ Ensure compliance with CBP, BIS, OFAC &amp; EAR regulations
 
 
 ✅ Maintain product classification databases and ERP records
 
 
 ✅ Partner with cross-functional teams on trade compliance initiatives
 
 
 ✅ Research customs rulings and provide classification guidance
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Skills:
 
 
 
 ✔ 3&ndash;5+ years of Trade Compliance experience
 
 
 ✔ Strong knowledge of
 
 HTS, Schedule B &amp; ECCN Classification
 
 
 
 ✔ Experience with
 
 BIS, CBP, OFAC &amp; EAR regulations
 
 
 
 ✔ Import &amp; Export Compliance expertise
 
 
 ✔ Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
 
 
 ✔ Experience with Global Trade Management (GTM) tools
 
 
 ✔ Power BI knowledge is a plus
 
 
 ✔ Licensed Customs Broker (Preferred, not required)
