 Key Responsibilities

 Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and guide a small engineering team through design and development phases.
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply analytical methods like FEA, tolerance analysis, and DOE to solve complex design challenges.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&amp;D, manufacturing, and quality).
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct testing, analyze results, and implement design improvements.
 </li>

 What You Bring
 
 
 
 ✅ Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME or MSME).
 
 
 ✅ 8+ years of experience in electromechanical or capital equipment design.
 
 
 ✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
 
 
 ✅ Proven ability to work independently and manage small project teams.
