Position Objective</b></p></div><p>
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for directly supporting the Vice President of Human Resources and Human Resources Department.</p><div><p><b>
Essential Responsibilities</b></p></div><ul><li>
Provide support to all functions within the human resources team: recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, benefits, payroll, employee health, and training and development</li><li>
Plan and schedule meetings, create agendas, and attend meetings in order to record action items and minutes</li><li>
Support the entire recruitment function: create job postings, schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, coordinate pre-employment tests, create offer letters and new hire packets, candidate communication, etc.</li><li>
Route incoming communications accurately and efficiently</li><li>
Maintain accurate and up-to-date calendars and schedules</li><li>
Conduct audits and take part in activities to ensure compliance: employee licenses and credentials, employment posters, Form I-9s, employee files, etc.</li><li>
Prepare correspondence and reports as requested</li><li>
Collect, open and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail</li><li>
Greet and assist all guests who visit the human resources department</li><li>
Develop and maintain documents, forms, and spreadsheets</li><li>
Participate in a variety of committees: Make a Difference (MAD), Relay for Life, etc.</li><li>
Coordinate food orders for business luncheons, and pick up food from local restaurants if needed</li><li>
Monitor and maintain adequate supply of office products</li></ul><div><p><b>
Other Responsibilities</b></p></div><ul><li>
Perform all other related duties as assigned in a professional and responsive manner</li><li>
Demonstrate the ability to use relevant equipment</li><li>
Support, understand, and promote Alomere Health's mission, vision, values, policies and procedures</li><li>
Ability to meet the work schedule requirements with flexibility dependent upon the needs of the department</li><li>

Preferred Qualifications</b></p></div><ul><li>
Experience working in the profession of Human Resources</li><li>
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related program preferred</li></ul><div><p><b>
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</b></p></div><ul><li>
Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>
Mature judgment and ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information with professionalism</li><li>
Basic knowledge of employment practices and federal, state, and local employment laws</li><li>
Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office: Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint</li><li>
Ability to create, foster and grow relationships with leadership and team members</li><li>
Highly organized and self-motivated individual able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities</li><li>
Strong team focus with the ability to work effectively in a professional and team environment</li></ul><div><p><b>
