You will be empowered to implement best practices and improve systems without unnecessary bureaucracy.Modern Approach We use digital tools and structured processes to manage properties efficiently, from tenant management to maintenance tracking.Growth You will have the opportunity to lead a growing portfolio and build a high performing operations team as the company expands.Key ResponsibilitiesPortfolio Management Oversee day to day operations of residential and commercial properties, ensuring high occupancy and tenant satisfactionTenant Relations Manage tenant onboarding, lease agreements, renewals, and issue resolution in a timely and professional mannerMaintenance and Facilities Oversight Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with vendors and internal teams to maintain property standardsFinancial Performance Monitor budgets, rental income, and operating expenses to ensure profitability and cost efficiencyCompliance and Reporting Ensure all properties comply with local regulations and provide regular performance reports to managementVendor Management Negotiate and manage contracts with service providers, ensuring quality and cost effectivenessWhat We Are Looking ForExperience 5+ years in property management, with experience managing multiple residential or commercial propertiesMarket Knowledge Strong understanding of the Muscat real estate market and property regulationsLeadership Proven ability to manage teams, vendors, and multiple stakeholders effectivelyCommunication Skills Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills with a service oriented mindsetOrganization Highly structured and detail oriented, able to manage multiple priorities without compromising qualityMindset Proactive and solution driven, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiencyJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: RO3,500.000 - RO4,000.000 per monthWork Location: In person
