We believe property management is not just about maintenance, it is about creating seamless, well managed environments that people trust. We are looking for a Senior Property Manager who can take full ownership of our growing property portfolio.
You are not just overseeing buildings, you are optimizing performance, improving tenant satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence across all managed properties. You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver high standards in every aspect of property operations.

Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Management
Oversee day to day operations of residential and commercial properties, ensuring high occupancy and tenant satisfaction
Tenant Relations
Manage tenant onboarding, lease agreements, renewals, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner
Maintenance and Facilities Oversight
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with vendors and internal teams to maintain property standards
Financial Performance
Monitor budgets, rental income, and operating expenses to ensure profitability and cost efficiency
Compliance and Reporting
Ensure all properties comply with local regulations and provide regular performance reports to management
Vendor Management
Negotiate and manage contracts with service providers, ensuring quality and cost effectiveness
What We Are Looking For
Experience
5+ years in property management, with experience managing multiple residential or commercial properties
Market Knowledge
Strong understanding of the Muscat real estate market and property regulations
Leadership
Proven ability to manage teams, vendors, and multiple stakeholders effectively
Communication Skills
Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills with a service oriented mindset
Organization
Highly structured and detail oriented, able to manage multiple priorities without compromising quality
Mindset
Proactive and solution driven, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RO3,500.000 - RO4,000.000 per month
