Business Development Manager / Executive – Luxury Real Estate

Location:MUSCAT

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager / Executive – Luxury Real Estate with a strong background in real estate across the GCC. This role focuses on brand management, project marketing, and traditional marketing activities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate marketing within the GCC
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Immediately available to join
  • Strong expertise in brand management and project launches
  • Experience in offline marketing, events, and promotions
  • Ability to coordinate with sales teams and external partners
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the luxury property market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors
  • Develop strategic partnerships and expand the company’s premium portfolio
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on luxury real estate trends
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growt

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage marketing strategies for real estate projects
  • Oversee branding, brochures, and promotional materials
  • Organize property launches, exhibitions, and events
  • Liaise with agencies, vendors, and media partners
  • Support sales teams with marketing collateral and campaigns

Pay: From RO900.000 per month
