Job Title: Business Development Manager – Precast

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives for our precast concrete business in Muscat, Oman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the construction and infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in precast concrete products and solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and government entities
- Prepare and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Lead the tendering process, including pricing strategies and proposal submissions
- Coordinate with technical, production, and project teams to ensure client requirements are met
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular performance reports to management
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in business development or sales within the precast or construction industry
- Strong network within the Oman construction market (Muscat preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of precast concrete products and construction processes
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and drive results
- Valid Oman driving license preferred
- Must be Arabic National
