Your Role

You will play a vital role in shaping our business growth by:

Driving Sales Performance

• Plan and execute strategies to increase daily and monthly sales
• Monitor performance and guide the team to achieve targets
• Improve customer experience and conversion rates
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue

Building Our Brand

• Plan and manage marketing campaigns (online & offline)
• Handle social media presence and promotions
• Create ideas for campaigns, offers, and product launches
• Strengthen brand visibility in the market

Growing the Business

• Explore new opportunities and partnerships
• Bring fresh ideas to expand the customer base
• Support long-term business growth strategies

Leading the Team

• Motivate and guide the sales team
• Provide training and product knowledge
• Build a positive and performance-driven work environment

Reporting & Insights

• Prepare sales and marketing performance reports
• Analyze results and suggest improvements
• Share insights with management to support decision-making

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years experience in Sales & Marketing
• Experience in retail or fashion industry is a strong advantage
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Creative mindset with business understanding
• Ability to take initiative and deliver results
