Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Director to lead and oversee our marketing operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and customer engagement. You will be responsible for shaping Trenddverse’s marketing vision, driving campaigns, and ensuring the company builds a strong and lasting presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee brand positioning, digital campaigns, and corporate communications.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform decision-making.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
• Lead and mentor marketing teams, fostering creativity and innovation.
• Represent Trenddverse in industry forums, events, and networking opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of emerging marketing technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand strategy, and customer engagement.
• Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns in dynamic industries.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Pay: Up to RO1,800.000 per month
