We are looking for a Senior E Commerce Manager who will take full ownership of our online business performance. This is not just a management role you will shape strategy optimize revenue and lead initiatives that directly impact growth across multiple digital channels.

You will work closely with marketing operations and product teams ensuring that every part of the customer journey from discovery to checkout is optimized for performance.

Key Responsibilities

E Commerce Strategy Ownership

• Lead and execute the overall eCommerce strategy to drive revenue growth
• Identify new opportunities for expansion across digital channels

Platform and Performance Optimization

• Manage website performance conversion rate and user journey
• Optimize product listings pricing promotions and merchandising

Digital Marketing Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing teams on SEO paid ads and campaigns
• Ensure alignment between traffic acquisition and conversion goals

Analytics and Reporting

• Monitor KPIs including sales conversion rate and customer behavior
• Use data insights to drive continuous improvement and decision making

Operations and Inventory Coordination

• Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability
• Improve fulfillment efficiency and customer satisfaction

Team Leadership

• Guide and mentor team members across eCommerce and digital operations
• Establish processes and best practices for scalable growth

What We Are Looking For

Experience

• 5 to 8 years experience in eCommerce digital retail or online business management
• Proven track record of driving online sales growth

Technical Knowledge

• Strong experience with platforms such as Shopify Magento or similar
• Familiarity with analytics tools Google Analytics or BI platforms

Business and Analytical Skills

• Strong understanding of conversion optimization and customer journey
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions

Leadership Skills

• Experience managing teams or cross functional projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RO2,500.000 - RO2,800.000 per month

Work Location: In person
