Sales Manager – Courier & Express Services

ASL Express is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts in the courier and express sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets
  • Identify and acquire new clients in the courier and logistics sector
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure excellent service delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in courier and express companies
  • Proven track record in sales and business development
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Existing network in logistics, e-commerce, or corporate sectors
  • Experience in B2B sales
