Procurement and Logistics Executive We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement and Logistics Executive with 3-5 years of UAE experience-ideally in the Information Technology sector. If you have strong negotiation skills, a solid understanding of vendor management, and a background in procurement operations, this is your opportunity to grow with a leading organization. Experience 3-5 years in the UAE, preferably in the same field (Information Technology). Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Identify the most appropriate supplier for the designated product and determine availability.</li> <li>Perform comparative pricing, and negotiate pricing, and Payment Terms.</li> <li>Issue purchase order as per Alpha Data's Procurement Policy.</li> <li>Track orders and ensure timely delivery.</li> <li>Cost Control/Budget Compliances</li> <li>Manages vendor relationships and source new vendors as per the requirement.</li> <li>Prepare Monthly Procurement performance review report as per KPI.</li> <li>Receiving the ordered materials per the laid down procedures and process GRN.</li> <li>Store the received materials, Run Stock report, and follow up on pending items that are not moved out from stock.</li> <li>Sending GRN documents to accounts payable for processing Vendor payments.</li> </ul> Education & Certifications <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree</li> </ul> Languages English Apply for this position To apply for this position kindly email your resume at: <img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?D9MLp94I7TNGXIfeTW5Fhs%2bTDOfyAgvPd" width="0" height="0" />
