What You'll Do</b></h1>
<p>
You&rsquo;ll be a key driver of the candidate and new-hire experience, ensuring every step of the recruitment and onboarding process runs smoothly and professionally.</p>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Support Recruitment Operations</b></h3>
<ul><li>Manage talent acquisition phone, email and voicemail inquiries.</li><li>
Serve as a backup resource for recruitment activities, including candidate prescreening and interview scheduling.</li><li>
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards to open, review, manage, and close requisitions.</li><li>
Source candidates and conduct initial prescreening interviews.</li><li>
Help maintain a positive, professional, and engaging candidate experience from first contact through hire.</li></ul>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Own the Onboarding Experience</b></h3>
<ul><li>Assist with onboarding administration and required hiring documentation.</li><li>
Coordinate orientation attendance and onboarding logistics.</li><li>
Facilitate New Hire Orientation (NHO), including paperwork completion, benefits enrollment, equipment distribution, access setup, and company introductions.</li><li>
Maintain ongoing communication with new hires throughout the onboarding process.</li></ul>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Maintain Excellence Behind the Scenes</b></h3>
<ul><li>Finalize and maintain job descriptions for new and existing positions.</li><li>
Maintain accurate recruiting, hiring, and onboarding records.</li><li>
Support Talent Acquisition and HR leadership with administrative projects and special initiatives.</li></ul>

<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Experience &amp; Education</b></h3>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.</li><li>
2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative operations.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and job boards.</li><li>

Conditions of Employment</b></h3>
