Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our cleaning and custodial teams in maintaining a pristine, safe, and welcoming environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and assist the housekeeping team with daily cleaning of model homes.</li><li>Clean and prepare model homes for showings and sale.</li><li>Maintain the appearance of model homes to ensure they are clean, organized, and ready for prospective buyers.</li><li>Assign tasks, monitor work quality, and ensure homes meet company cleanliness standards.</li><li>Maintain cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues as needed.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven custodial or janitorial experience with a strong understanding of commercial cleaning standards.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising cleaning teams or housekeeping staff.</li></ul>Join us as a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a dedicated team committed to creating spotless spaces that enhance comfort, safety, and satisfaction for everyone we serve!Pay: $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
