Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our cleaning and custodial teams in maintaining a pristine, safe, and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist the housekeeping team with daily cleaning of model homes.
• Clean and prepare model homes for showings and sale.
• Maintain the appearance of model homes to ensure they are clean, organized, and ready for prospective buyers.
• Assign tasks, monitor work quality, and ensure homes meet company cleanliness standards.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues as needed.

Experience

• Proven custodial or janitorial experience with a strong understanding of commercial cleaning standards.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising cleaning teams or housekeeping staff.
