Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee and lead our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in <Floor care>, <Housekeeping management>, <Custodial>, <Industrial cleaning>, <Hotel>, and <Hospitality> industries. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities to provide a welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and quality standards to maintain a high level of cleanliness
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards
- Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly and professionally
- Implement and enforce safety procedures to provide a secure environment for guests and staff
- Monitor budgetary guidelines to control costs while maintaining quality standards

Experience:
- Proven experience in <Housekeeping management> within the <Hospitality> industry
- Strong knowledge of <Floor care>, <Custodial>, and <Industrial cleaning> techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Proficiency in using cleaning equipment and supplies effectively
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Certification in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
