Housekeeping Supervisor

An established Timeshare Management Company is seeking a qualified applicant to serve as a Housekeeping Supervisor for a beautiful, boutique style resort in Oceanside, CA.

Schedule: Friday - Tuesday 8am-5pm. Wednesday and Thursdays off.

Weekends and holidays will be on the schedule.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Supervise and assign tasks to housekeepers.
• Inspect rooms.
• Inventory stock on hand.
• Prepare reports and ensure accuracy of Housekeeper inventories.
• Train Team Members including safety issues.
• Assume responsibilities for the team in the absence of an Executive Housekeeper.
• Perform duties of housekeeper in their absence.
• Make recommendations regarding Team Member evaluations and reprimands to Executive Housekeeper or Resort Manager.
• Assist in all energy conservation efforts.
• Enforce safety regulations. Perform activities of workers supervised.
• Wear and/or utilize any safety equipment as directed by Management.
• Any other tasks as determined by Management.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move work related equipment weighing up to 40 lbs.

Pay: $21.00 per hour
