• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to maintain high-quality standards
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, ensuring efficient use and timely replenishment
• Oversee floor care operations including carpet cleaning, polishing, and maintenance of hard surfaces to preserve their appearance and longevity
• Enforce health and safety protocols in accordance with industry regulations and company policies

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles within hospitality or industrial settings
• Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment maintenance
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning products and procedures
