We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join an ultra-luxury hotel in Qatar on an initial 1-month contract, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.This role requires a hands-on leader who can maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service excellence expected in a world-class luxury environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead, manage, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional standards at all times</li><li>Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including rooms, public areas, and back-of-house</li><li>Ensure compliance with luxury brand standards, health &amp; safety regulations, and SOPs</li><li>Manage staffing levels, schedules, and productivity</li><li>Conduct inspections and implement corrective actions where required</li><li>Train, coach, and develop team members to uphold ultra-luxury service expectations</li></ul>Person Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 3 years&rsquo; experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Housekeeping Manager in a 5-star hotel</li><li>Proven experience managing a team of at least 20 staff members</li><li>Currently located in Qatar</li><li>Available to start immediately</li><li>Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to luxury standards</li><li>Well presented</li></ul>Contract Details<ul><li>Initial 1-month contract</li><li>Potential for permanent employment based on performance and business requirements</li></ul>If you are a driven housekeeping professional with a passion for luxury hospitality and are ready to make an immediate impact, we would love to hear from you.Job Type: Contract Contract length: 1 monthPay: From QAR12,000.00 per month
