Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join an ultra-luxury hotel in Qatar on an initial 1-month contract, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service excellence expected in a world-class luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional standards at all times
• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including rooms, public areas, and back-of-house
• Ensure compliance with luxury brand standards, health & safety regulations, and SOPs
• Manage staffing levels, schedules, and productivity
• Conduct inspections and implement corrective actions where required
• Train, coach, and develop team members to uphold ultra-luxury service expectations

Person Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Housekeeping Manager in a 5-star hotel
• Proven experience managing a team of at least 20 staff members
• Currently located in Qatar
• Available to start immediately
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to luxury standards
• Well presented
