In this role, you will assist with daily administrative and human resource tasks, supporting smooth operations both at the Corporate office and across all company locations.</p>
<p>The Corporate HR Office Assistant will work closely with the Corporate Human Resource Director on a variety of administrative and employee-related tasks. This position plays a key role in onboarding, recordkeeping, and communication, helping maintain accurate employee information and ensuring company policies and procedures are consistently implemented. This role will also support the Company Store Operations office with needs as they arise.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, agile and confident handling sensitive employee information. Strong communication skills are essential, as this role involves interacting with applicants, new hires, and management teams across multiple locations. This is an in-office position; remote work is not available.</p><br>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3>
<ul><li>Support onboarding and offboarding processes for all company locations, including preparing and distributing new hire paperwork.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company standards.</li>
<li>Update onboarding materials and assist with revisions to company policies as changes occur.</li>
<li>Communicate new hire start dates with candidates and General Managers across all locations.</li>
<li>Assist with organizing, filing, and maintaining employee and company documentation.</li>
<li>Present onboarding information to small groups of new hires.</li>
<li>Contact applicants to coordinate next steps in the hiring process.</li>
<li>Complete daily cash counts, reconcile cash drawers, and prepare bank deposits.</li>
<li>Assist with ordering company supply needs.</li>
<li>Provide administrative support to store leadership, Corporate HR, and Company Store Operations as needed.</li>
<li>Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information.</li>

<ul><li>Strong office administration and people management skills, with prior experience in a similar administrative role preferred.</li>

Corporate HR Office Assistant

As a Team Lead on the Al&rsquo;s team, you&rsquo;ll help create a safe, welcoming, and professional shopping experience for every customer. You&rsquo;ll work closely with customers to share your expertise in archery equipment and hunting gear, helping them find the right products for their individual needs.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate is confident in archery equipment, bow setup, tuning, and accessories, and has strong knowledge of general hunting gear and optics. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product selection, performing archery equipment services, and maintaining a clean, organized, and professional department.</p>
<p>Knowledge of leading archery brands such as Hoyt, Mathews, Bear Archery, PSE, and Prime Archery is strongly preferred.</p>
<p>Continuing education on current products, new technology, and proper tuning techniques is expected and encouraged as part of daily operations. The Archery Technician Team Lead will help ensure every customer is treated equitably while maintaining Al&rsquo;s Sporting Goods Archery Department as a trusted resource and community staple for archery enthusiasts.</p>

<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3>
<ul><li>Experience working on compound and recurve bows (1&ndash;2 years technician experience required).</li>
<li>Experience shooting compound and recurve bows (2+ years required).</li>
<li>Must have broad knowledge of the archery industry, including new product releases and legacy equipment.</li>
<li>Must demonstrate strong attention to detail.</li>
<li>Strong communication and customer service skills.</li>
<li>Must be willing to learn and accept failure as a step toward success.</li>
<li>Management and leadership experience preferred.</li>
<li>Experience working in a retail or archery pro shop environment is a plus.</li>

<li>Hands-on experience with archery equipment, including compound and recurve bows, bow tuning, basic repairs, arrow assembly, and shooting technique.</li>
<li>Knowledge of archery brands including Hoyt, Bear, PSE, Prime, Spot Hogg, Black Gold, Easton, Gold Tip, and others.</li>
<li>Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to confidently guide and educate customers.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making ability.</li>
<li>Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.</li>
<li>Previous retail or technical experience is a plus.</li>
