Key Responsibilities &ndash; main duties, responsibilities, and outputs of the role.<ul><li>Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, Access Control Systems, and other ELV solutions. </li><li>Monitor system performance and ensure all equipment operates efficiently.</li><li>Identify and report faults, conducting repairs and preventive maintenance when required.</li><li>Prepare requests for materials needed for each project to ensure smooth execution.</li><li>Document all maintenance activities by writing daily and monthly reports on work performed.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all installations and maintenance tasks.</li><li>Assist in system upgrades, troubleshooting, and commissioning of new installations.</li><li>Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.</li></ul>Person SpecificationAptitudes / Skills / Abilities<ul><li>Technical proficiency in ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, gate barriers, etc.).</li><li>Problem-solving skills.</li><li>Attention to detail.</li><li>Analytical thinking.</li><li>Adaptability.</li><li>Communication skills.</li><li>Time management.</li><li>Teamwork.</li><li>Safety awareness.</li><li>With Drivers License is a plus .</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED3,000.00 per month

Technician

Key Responsibilities &ndash; main duties, responsibilities, and outputs of the role.<ul><li>Comply with clients HSE division requirement.</li><li>Participate in the development and implementation of operational risk assessments to help in identifying &amp; mitigating hazards for critical activities.</li><li>Support and guide field team in establishing and processing HSE initiatives, programs, and procedures.</li><li>Ensure that company HSE policies, procedures, regulations, and objectives are effectively implemented.</li><li>Monitor HSE Performance of Subcontractors and ensure contractual and other relevant requirements are satisfied adequately.</li><li>Assist with investigation of accidents, incidents (including &lsquo;near misses&rsquo;) and dangerous occurrences and make recommendations to prevent recurrence.</li><li>Develop and manage HSE awareness campaigns.</li><li>Ensure that all critical activities are risk assessed and control measures are applied before execution.</li></ul>Person SpecificationAptitudes / Skills / Abilities<ul><li>Self-starter who can work independently and handle multiple priorities and deadlines.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal communication skills.</li><li>Excellent oral and written English communication skills.</li><li>Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.</li><li>Ability to easily adapt in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Extensive knowledge in Safety Regulations</li><li>Leadership in guiding and motivating team members to follow safety protocols.</li><li>Strong decision making.</li><li>Quick response in emergency situations.</li><li>Well verse in auditing</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED3,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
