Electrical Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Security Systems Engineer to manage, configure, maintain, and support CCTV and Access Control systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with leading Video Management Systems (VMS) such as Milestone, Genetec, and Avigilon, along with knowledge of Access Control platforms. Experience with NEDAP systems is preferred but not mandatory.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Install, configure, test, and maintain CCTV systems and Video Management Software (VMS), including Milestone, Genetec, and Avigilon.</li><li>Perform system integration, commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical support for security systems.</li><li>Configure and manage cameras, recording servers, storage systems, and client workstations.</li><li>Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality of CCTV and Access Control systems.</li><li>Install, configure, and support Access Control Systems, including NEDAP and other industry-standard platforms.</li><li>Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities.</li><li>Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.</li><li>Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams during project execution.</li><li>Prepare technical documentation, reports, and system drawings as required.</li><li>Provide user training and technical guidance to end-users.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company standards, project specifications, and security regulations.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in CCTV and Access Control systems.</li><li>Hands-on experience with:</li><li>Milestone XProtect</li><li>Genetec Security Center</li><li>Avigilon Control Center (ACC)</li><li>Experience with NEDAP Access Control System is an advantage.</li><li>Knowledge of networking concepts, IP cameras, servers, storage solutions, and Windows operating systems.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and system schematics.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>UAE driving license is an advantage.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience in system integration projects.</li><li>Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for security systems.</li><li>Familiarity with biometric systems, ANPR, intercom, and perimeter security systems.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
