Job Title: ReceptionistSalary Range: AED 2,500 &ndash; AED 3,000Job Summary We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner</li><li>Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls</li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services</li><li>Maintain visitor records and office logs</li><li>Schedule meetings and manage meeting room bookings</li><li>Provide basic administrative and clerical support</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments when required</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>0&ndash;3 years of experience in receptionist or administrative roles</li><li>Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)</li><li>Presentable, polite, and customer-service oriented</li><li>Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a busy environment</li></ul>Working Hours: As per company policyJob Type: Full-timePay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
