Receptionist

Job Title: Receptionist

Salary Range: AED 2,500 – AED 3,000

Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
  • Maintain visitor records and office logs
  • Schedule meetings and manage meeting room bookings
  • Provide basic administrative and clerical support
  • Coordinate with internal departments when required
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience in receptionist or administrative roles
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Presentable, polite, and customer-service oriented
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a busy environment

Working Hours: As per company policy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
