Data Entry Clerk

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely updating of all system entries
  • Identify, correct, and report data discrepancies or errors
  • Organize and maintain both digital and physical records
  • Prepare basic reports and data summaries when required
  • Close monitoring GRV status on monthly basis
  • Support administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management
  • Monitor and track GRV status on a monthly basis to ensure timely closure
  • Register customer complaints in the software system based on incoming calls and messages

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with ERP systems or databases
  • Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to work under deadlines and minimal supervision

Qualifications & Experience

  • High School Certificate or equivalent
  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative work is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
