Key Responsibilities:


 Assist in collecting, organizing, and inputting legal data into relevant databases.
 Perform data cleaning to ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation.
 Follow data governance standards to maintain data confidentiality.
 Learn to verify data for legal compliance and process accuracy.
 Participate in hands-on projects and receive mentorship from senior team members.
 Document process steps and maintain records of activities.

Skills Required:


 Basic understanding of legal terminology is helpful but not essential.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel); knowledge of data processing
software is a plus.
 Organizational skills and an aptitude for managing data with precision.
 Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
 Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
 Adoptability to new methodologies and technologies.
 Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
 Dynamic individual who enjoys taking ownership and doing continuous improvements.
 Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams with all levels of the organization.
