Job description:Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Answering and directing incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.</li><li>Keeping up-to-date with the company&rsquo;s services, products, and promotions to effectively assist and encourage clients.</li><li>Attending queries and notifying appropriate personnel of visitor arrivals.</li><li>Coordinating mail distribution and handling incoming and outgoing courier services.</li><li>Handling client inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms professionally and efficiently.</li><li>Other front desk reception duties such as providing information about the company and its services, and directing visitors to the appropriate individuals or departments.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience in the medical sector or in a similar role is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of medical terminology and experience in medical office or clinic settings.</li><li>Ability to maintain patient and client confidentiality.</li><li>Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention to detail skills.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to work flexible shifts.</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Medical Receptionist - Arab Male

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and coordinate end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement to final delivery.</li><li>Request and follow up on supplier quotations (RFQs) and evaluate supplier performance.</li><li>Plan inventory requirements and monitor stock levels to avoid shortages and overstock situations.</li><li>Analyze supply and demand trends to support purchasing and inventory decisions.</li><li>Coordinate inbound shipments, customs clearance, transportation, and delivery schedules.</li><li>Verify HS codes, product classifications, and compliance requirements for incoming shipments.</li><li>Maintain accurate inventory records and update the system with item details, stock movements, and new inventory.</li><li>Generate product codes and barcodes for new items and ensure proper product organization.</li><li>Supervise the receiving of new shipments and containers, ensuring accurate quantity verification and item registration.</li><li>Visit the warehouse and oversee stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company procedures.</li><li>Create sales invoices and prepare inventory, shipment, and operational reports.</li><li>Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.</li><li>Supervise warehouse operations and ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.</li><li>Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting operational issues, inventory discrepancies, and recommendations for improvement.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
