 We are looking for a
 
 motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive
 
 to join our growing sales team at
 
 Altaf Developments
 
 . In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, promote our exclusive property portfolio, and close successful deals. You&rsquo;ll represent our brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a strong customer-first mindset.
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Identify and engage potential buyers through calls, networking, and property events.
 </li>

 Conduct property tours and presentations for prospective clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop a deep understanding of Altaf Developments&rsquo; projects and offerings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate sales agreements and ensure smooth transaction processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and sales using CRM tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay updated on local market trends, competitor activity, and client preferences.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar customer-facing role (preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients effectively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic computer literacy (CRM systems, email, MS Office).
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid driver&rsquo;s license (if applying for &ldquo;On the Road&rdquo; position).
 </li>
 <li>
 Real Estate License (preferred or willing to obtain).
