We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing sales team at Altaf Developments . In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, promote our exclusive property portfolio, and close successful deals. You’ll represent our brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a strong customer-first mindset.

• Identify and engage potential buyers through calls, networking, and property events.
• Conduct property tours and presentations for prospective clients.
• Develop a deep understanding of Altaf Developments’ projects and offerings.
• Negotiate sales agreements and ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and sales using CRM tools.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on local market trends, competitor activity, and client preferences.

• Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar customer-facing role (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients effectively.
• Strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Basic computer literacy (CRM systems, email, MS Office).
• Valid driver’s license (if applying for “On the Road” position).
• Real Estate License (preferred or willing to obtain).
