Zonal Manager Sales - Affiliates (Hi Rise)

Key ongoing and delivered projects include The Magnus Mall, Gulberg Trade Center, GRC, Mall of Korang, Gulberg Icon I & II, Islamabad Square, Twin City Towers, Swiss Suites Ayubia & Bhurban, The Delicacy in Bahria Town, and PWD Islamabad.

Elaan needs Zonal Sales Manager with 7 years' experience, a strong background in high-rise projects. The ideal candidate must possess an active and verified network of investors, dealers, and end-users, along with proven expertise in real estate sales and development across Islamabad.

Candidate MUST be able to:

Develop and maintain a strong network of valid investors, certified dealers, and serious end-user buyers

Drive sales strategies specifically tailored for high-rise residential and commercial projects in Islamabad’s real estate market

Build and manage long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, brokers, and property consultants

Identify new business leads, joint venture opportunities, and strategic partnerships aligned with project goals

Coordinate client meetings, site visits, and deal closures while ensuring premium customer experience and satisfaction

Ensure up-to-date market knowledge on competing projects, buyer trends, and investor expectations in Islamabad

Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales campaigns with project timelines, inventory, and positioning

Regularly report sales performance, client feedback, and pipeline status to senior leadership for strategic decision-making

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs125,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
