Sales Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Manage sales teams, including setting quotas, training, and performance reviews.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and campaigns.
Operations Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and inventory teams to ensure supply meets demand.
- Monitor KPIs across operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Implement and optimize systems, processes, and workflows.
- Forecast demand and align sales goals with production capabilities.
Cross-functional Responsibilities
- Lead Sales & Operations Planning processes.
- Align internal teams around business objectives.
- Create performance reports and present them to senior leadership.
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact sales or delivery.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain, Sales, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Experience: 5–10+ years in sales, operations, or a combined role.
