Sales and Operations Manager

Islamabad, Pakistan

Sales Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

  • Manage sales teams, including setting quotas, training, and performance reviews.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and campaigns.

Operations Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily business operations.
  • Coordinate with production, procurement, and inventory teams to ensure supply meets demand.
  • Monitor KPIs across operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Implement and optimize systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Forecast demand and align sales goals with production capabilities.

Cross-functional Responsibilities

  • Lead Sales & Operations Planning processes.
  • Align internal teams around business objectives.
  • Create performance reports and present them to senior leadership.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact sales or delivery.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain, Sales, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Experience: 5–10+ years in sales, operations, or a combined role.

  • CRM and ERP software proficiency.
  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
