Carrier Software Solution Sales Manager
to drive business growth through innovative telecom and IT solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in
BSS/CBS charging, video RBT, AICC, and mobile finance/wallet/payment
domains, with strong technical and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and communicate end-to-end solutions across BSS/CBS charging, video RBT, AICC, and mobile finance/wallet/payment domains.

Guide customers in BSS construction planning, ensuring alignment with service and business requirements.

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, service, and R&D teams throughout the bidding process and handle technical clarifications with clients.

Deliver market insights and solution marketing materials across core business domains.

Track industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs to guide R&D in enhancing product competitiveness.
Experience Requirements:

Minimum
4 years
in a telecom BSS vendor or carrier IT department,
or 5 years
in IT system integration.
Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication and presentation skills for effective customer engagement.

Proven experience in
solution sales
, with the ability to bridge business needs and technical delivery.

Proficiency in at least one of the following domains:

OCS/CBS
