Female Sales Manager

Adams Fire Tech (Pvt) Ltd, a market leader in Fire Alarm, Fire Suppression and Life Safety Solutions is expanding its commercial team and looking for a dynamic, confident and result-oriented Female Sales Manager to lead business growth and key client development across Pakistan.

Position Overview:

The Sales Manager will take full ownership of sales performance — from strategy to execution — while driving expansion in industrial, commercial and institutional sectors. The role demands strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the sales function with clear revenue and growth targets.
• Identify and close high-value opportunities in corporate and government markets.
• Build and manage strong customer relationships at senior levels.
• Develop pricing strategies and commercial proposals.
• Collaborate with management on market intelligence and business planning.
• Supervise and mentor junior sales staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience (Fire & Safety or related technical industry preferred).
• Strong command of English with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• High energy, leadership qualities, and ability to deliver under pressure.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
