Sales and Marketing Manager

Love Handmade is looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead growth across local and international markets. This role is perfect for someone passionate about social impact, women’s empowerment, and sustainable fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to increase global reach.
• Build strong relationships with retail partners, clients, and stakeholders.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, e-commerce).
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Represent the brand at events, trade fairs, and online platforms.

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales/marketing (fashion, retail, or social enterprise preferred).
• Candidates with past experience working in Motive, Edge, Savital, Touchstone, or S&P Global will be preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics & CRM systems.
• Self-driven, creative, and results-oriented.

Location: Islamabad (in-office only)
