Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in paid advertising, SEO, social media, and content creation. You will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns that attract clients, enhance engagement, and strengthen brand presence across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
- Implement SEO strategies to boost website rankings, visibility, and traffic.
- Update website content regularly to reflect services, events, and client offerings.
- Create, schedule, and manage social media content and engagement strategies across platforms.
- Develop B2B marketing strategies to attract potential clients and partners.
- Produce engaging blogs, emails, and other marketing content.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Utilize video marketing and YouTube optimization for campaigns.
- Apply graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years in digital marketing, specializing in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and social media management.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Content Skills: Strong copywriting and content creation for blogs, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
- Social Media Expertise: Proven experience managing Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn marketing campaigns.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and provide actionable insights.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
