Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across social media, SEO, and paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).
• Create engaging, empathetic, and conversion-focused content aligned with mental health awareness and brand tone.
• Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Plan and monitor paid ads, A/B testing, and analytics to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with our content and design team to maintain brand consistency.
• Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated on digital trends, algorithms, and best practices — especially within the health and wellness niche.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in social media management and digital marketing.
• Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO, and Analytics tools.
• Strong copywriting skills — especially for health, therapy, or wellness brands.
• Ability to design or coordinate visually appealing marketing content (using Canva or similar tools).
• Creative mindset with excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Passion for mental health awareness and digital storytelling.
