About the Role

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to scale PressBear’s marketplace by driving advertiser acquisition, sales conversions, and publisher engagement. This is a high-impact role where you’ll own growth strategy, performance marketing, funnel optimization, and partnerships to accelerate adoption of PressBear across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive advertiser acquisition & sales growth through digital campaigns, SEO, PR, and partnerships.
  • Design and run growth experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
  • Launch and manage paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) and organic growth channels.
  • Build and optimize advertiser onboarding funnels and publisher engagement flows.
  • Develop and execute campaigns for sensitive niches (Crypto, CBD, Betting, Dating, Adult) with compliance in mind.
  • Implement lifecycle and retention campaigns via CRM/automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Own growth metrics — CAC, LTV, conversion rates, churn, retention — and continuously improve them.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to optimize landing pages, pricing, and conversion flows.
  • Build and execute a 90-day growth plan with clear KPIs tied to advertiser sign-ups and revenue.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or B2B SaaS/marketplace roles.
  • Proven track record of scaling acquisition channels (paid + organic).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PR distribution, and performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools (GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, SQL a plus).
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • A data-driven and experimental mindset, with a passion for rapid iteration.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with SEO/PR/affiliate marketing platforms.
  • Background in marketplaces or B2B SaaS.
  • Familiarity with sensitive industries (Crypto, Betting, CBD, Adult).
  • Exposure to international growth campaigns.

90-Day Growth Plan

First 30 Days

  • Deep dive into PressBear’s funnel, customer base, and publisher network.
  • Audit current growth channels and competitor strategies.
  • Identify quick-win opportunities for advertiser acquisition and retention.

60 Days

  • Launch and track growth experiments (ads, SEO optimizations, funnel A/B tests).
  • Build reporting dashboards to track CAC, LTV, and conversion rates.
  • Develop a channel strategy (paid, organic, partnerships).

90 Days

  • Deliver measurable improvements in advertiser acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Build a pipeline of scalable growth experiments.
  • Present a quarterly growth roadmap to leadership.
